What happens during a Fitting appointment?
- During a fitting appointment, we take measurements and fit our clients with our best educated assessment of which garment will work for them given professional referral, their history and physical capabilities.
- Based on measurements and knowledge of the fitter on hand, products will be recommended to you
- Compression Obsession’s Garment Fitter will demonstrate how to don and doff a Garment and will observe the patient or caregiver performing the technique shown to them.
- Following your appointment, Compression Obsession may call to make sure your garment is working for you. Please return this call if you have any questions or concerns. Call (916) 649-0700 immediately should something come up prior to this phone call.

- Fitting appointments are usually 30 minutes depending on what you are being fit for.
- Coming in with a Prescription from your Dr. will help the process along.

Donning devices
- In addition to our quality Compression Garments, we can provide you with devices that are designed to make donning (putting on) and doffing (taking off) your garments easier for you.
